Questions we get every week.
Legal & compounding
Are these peptides FDA-approved?
Some (tesamorelin, semaglutide, tirzepatide, PT-141) are FDA-approved drugs. Many others are compounded by our 503A pharmacy partner on a per-patient prescription basis, which is legal under federal compounding rules. We do not claim approval where there is none.
What is a 503A pharmacy?
A 503A is a state-licensed compounding pharmacy authorized to prepare medications for specific patients under a valid prescription. It is different from a 503B outsourcing facility. Our partner is audited annually and maintains USP-797 sterile compounding certification.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US-only, in all 50 states. We are not licensed in Alabama, Arkansas, or Hawaii. We plan Canadian availability in 2027 pending Health Canada review.
Ordering & shipping
How long from intake to delivery?
Median 6 business days: intake → clinician review (48 hr) → compounding (24 hr) → cold-chain ship (2-3 days). If you need labs pulled, add 3-5 days for lab turnaround.
How is the package shipped?
In a discreet unbranded carton with insulated liner and cold packs to maintain 2–8 °C. Signature required on delivery. Includes vial(s), bacteriostatic water, 29G insulin syringes, alcohol wipes, sharps container, and a printed dosing chart.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, any time. Edit, pause, or cancel from your patient portal — no fee, no friction. Dose changes require clinician review (turnaround ~48 hours).
Storage & handling
How do I store the vial?
Unopened lyophilized: refrigerated at 2–8 °C, stable to expiry on label. Reconstituted: refrigerated, stable 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted solution.
I left it out overnight. Is it ruined?
Lyophilized (powder) vials tolerate brief room-temperature excursions. Reconstituted vials are more sensitive — if it sat out > 12 hours warm, message your clinician before using. We will replace at no charge in most cases.
Billing & refunds
Do you take insurance?
Not directly. We can provide an itemized superbill for patients to submit to their insurer or HSA/FSA. GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide) may qualify for reimbursement depending on your plan.
What's your refund policy?
Unopened, unshipped orders: full refund. Compounded medications cannot be returned per state pharmacy law, but if something is wrong with your shipment (wrong product, temperature excursion, damage), we replace it at no charge.
