Who is Elite HRT?

Elite HRT is a network of Physicians that specialize in hormone replacement therapy and age management services. Elite HRT and its Physicians provide individualized, safe and effective hormone therapy treatments designed to significantly improve the quality of your health and life.

When and why should I consider Hormone Replacement Therapy?

In both men and women, hormone levels start to decline in the mid to late twenties. By age 30, hormone deficiencies can be significant enough that symptoms may become very evident. The best time to start increasing hormone levels is when you start to notice symptoms that affect your daily quality of life. If you are experiencing low energy levels, a decrease in sex drive and sexual performance, loss of muscle mass and weight gain, difficulty sleeping, or any of the other common symptoms, it is a treatment worth exploring. One of our wellness consultants will be happy to discuss your current situation and symptoms to help you further determine if hormone replacement therapy is something you should consider.

Will I automatically qualify for treatment?

We only treat patients with verified hormone deficiencies. If your natural hormone levels are optimal, there are contraindications to treatment, or if you want the medications for other than medical reasons, you may not qualify for a treatment plan.

What are the costs involved?

Elite HRT offers individualized hormone replacement therapy programs. There is not a “one size fits all” approach, therefore we can only provide an estimated cost of treatment. One of our wellness consultants will be happy to review these costs with you.

Do you accept health insurance?

No, the mass majority of health care providers today feel hormone replacement therapy is elective. Insurance companies do not cover the cost of care or medications for age management or advanced preventative medicine. Therefore, we do not accept any third party payments including health insurance, medicare, or medicaid.

Is Hormone Replacement Therapy safe?

There is a multitude of studies that attest to the safety of HRT. Our programs are created and supervised by a specialized Physician and regularly monitored throughout the course of your treatment. We only prescribe the medically appropriate therapeutic dose required to optimize your hormone levels.

What is the process of getting started?

1. First, complete a contact form, one of our wellness consultants will contact you soon after. The wellness consultant will discuss all the details of hormone replacement therapy as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have.
2. Your wellness consultant will then schedule both a blood test and physical exam in your local area. You will also be required to complete a new patient Medical History Form.
3. Upon completion of steps 1 and 2, one of our Physicians will review your results to determine if a hormone deficiency or imbalance exists. If it is determined a deficiency or imbalance is present, the Physician will determine the most effective hormone replacement therapy program for you.
4. The prescription(s) for the appropriate medication are sent directly to the pharmacy. These medications are shipped overnight to your home or office. One of our highly trained staff will guide you step by step through the instructions, injection procedure and program schedule.
